But it became burdensome to them when Saalih AS asked them to allow her to drink water from their wells on alternate days. They conspired to kill her and her offspring, despite several warnings from Saalih AS, and so consequently they were destroyed by a punishment from Allaah SWT. Surat Asy-Syams - Surah Asy-Syams adalah surat Al-Quran yang ke 91 berjumlah 15 ayat, termasuk kedalam surat dan diturunkan di kota Mekkah, Asy-Syams artinya adalah "Matahari".Berikut adalah Surat Arab,Latin, Terjemahan,Tafsir, Mp3 beserta Tajwid Warna-Warninya Wasy-syamsi wa ḍuḥāhā Demi matahari dan sinarnya pada pagi hari, وَٱلْقَمَرِ إِذَا تَلَـٰهَا Wal-qamari iżā talāhā demi bulan apabila mengiringinya, وَٱلنَّهَارِ إِذَا جَلَّـٰهَا Wan-nahāri iżā jallāhā demi siang apabila menampakkannya, وَٱلَّيْلِ إِذَا يَغْشَـٰهَا Wal-laili iżā yagsyāhā demi malam apabila menutupinya gelap gulita, وَٱلسَّمَآءِ وَمَا بَنَـٰهَا Was-samā`i wa mā banāhā demi langit serta pembinaannya yang menakjubkan, وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا طَحَـٰهَا Wal-arḍi wa mā ṭaḥāhā demi bumi serta penghamparannya, وَنَفْسٍ وَمَا سَوَّٮٰهَا Wa nafsiw wa mā sawwāhā demi jiwa serta penyempurnaan ciptaannya, فَأَلْهَمَهَا فُجُورَهَا وَتَقْوَٮٰهَا Fa al-hamahā fujụrahā wa taqwāhā maka Dia mengilhamkan kepadanya jalan kejahatan dan ketakwaannya, قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَن زَكَّـٰهَا Qad aflaḥa man zakkāhā sungguh beruntung orang yang menyucikannya jiwa itu, وَقَدْ خَابَ مَن دَسَّـٰهَا Wa qad khāba man dassāhā dan sungguh rugi orang yang mengotorinya. كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ بِطَغْوَٮٰهَآ Każżabaṡ ṡamụdu biṭagwāhā Kaum samud telah mendustakan rasulnya karena mereka melampaui batas zalim, إِذِ ٱنۢبَعَثَ أَشْقَـٰهَا Iżimba'aṡa asyqāhā ketika bangkit orang yang paling celaka di antara mereka, فَقَالَ لَهُمْ رَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ نَاقَةَ ٱللَّهِ وَسُقْيَـٰهَا Fa qāla lahum rasụlullāhi nāqatallāhi wa suqyāhā lalu Rasul Allah Saleh berkata kepada mereka, “Biarkanlah unta betina dari Allah ini dengan minumannya.” فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَعَقَرُوهَا فَدَمْدَمَ عَلَيْهِمْ رَبُّهُم بِذَنۢبِهِمْ فَسَوَّٮٰهَا Fa każżabụhu fa 'aqarụhā fa damdama 'alaihim rabbuhum biżambihim fa sawwāhā Namun mereka mendustakannya dan menyembelihnya, karena itu Tuhan membinasakan mereka karena dosanya, lalu diratakan-Nya dengan tanah, وَلَا يَخَافُ عُقْبَـٰهَا Wa lā yakhāfu 'uqbāhā dan Dia tidak takut terhadap akibatnya.
